If your tracking shows your package was returned, it may be due to:
Incorrect Address:
Please contact your local post office to check if the package is being held. If returned to us, a reshipping fee will apply.
Failed Delivery:
If the package couldn’t be delivered and wasn’t collected from the post office during the pickup window, it would be sent back to us. If it’s been returned to us, a reshipping fee will apply to have it sent back.
